Danone Hiring for Receptionist – Part Time – 18.75 Hours Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

Location: Dublin, Block 1, Deansgrange Business Park, Deansgrange, Ireland

Working Hours: 10 AM to 1.45PM – Monday to Friday (18.75 hours per week) some flexibility is available with working hours.

Some full-time reception cover is required during periods of absence in the team.

About you

As a successful Receptionist, we would love to see you demonstrate the following:

• Excellent customer service skills developed from a strong customer-focused background
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels with strong oral & written communication skills.
• An ability to solve complex problems and remain calm & professional when under pressure.
• You will be comfortable using computer software, as well as Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Valid formal Health & Safety Qualifications (First Aid, Fire Marshall, etc) are desirable.
