Danone Hiring for Services Administrator Job at Balclutha , New Zealand Full Time

About the job

As a Services Administrator at Danone Balclutha factory, you will report to our Services Manager, play a key role in our Services team and be responsible for administrative support for this function with documentation, data collection and training.

This is a 6-month Fixed Term full-time position, working Mon-Fri between 8am and 4pm.

You will:

• Update, organise and maintain proper storage of standard operating procedures, daily checklists of process, controls and improvement changes
• Support digitalisation of paper-based data on digital platforms, including data entry and collecting information for performance indicator
• Support Services team with managing work requests, follow-up accordingly and oversee required consumables of the function
• Follow-up with training needs of the Services function and maintain an up-to-date

About you

To be successful, you will have:

• A Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration (or equivalent) and some previous administrative experience
• Excellent computer skills and advanced level in Excel
• Strong communication skills to easily document work processes from Services Technicians/Operators
• 
  Attention to details and an organised work approach
• 
  Resilience to work well in a busy and fast-paced environment
