Danone Looking for Export Coordinator at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

ABOUT THE JOB

As an Export Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring the end-to-end Exportation process of our product runs smoothly. You will be accountable Manage all documentation of product exports to Australia, China, Hong Kong, and others including managing relationships with 3rd party Logistics Service Providers and other Import/Export service providers.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, working Mon-Fri 8.30am-5:00pm with flexibility to work from home.

You will:

• Prepare documentation, manage freight bookings, and ensure timely execution for sea and air freight shipments
• Liaise with key stakeholders across local and international Danone as well as Third Party Providers to ensure exporting is managed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Identify opportunities to improve processes & ways of working to ensure the ongoing compliance to all relevant regulations

To be successful, you will also have:

• Relevant Tertiary Education
• Experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing setting, Dairy experience is a bonus
• A strong commitment to upholding standards and processes
• Excellent Excel and SAP skills are desirable
