DARTdrones Flight School (As Seen on Shark Tank) Hiring for Executive Assistant – 100% Remote Job at Salt Lake City, UT Full Time

Drone training and consulting company looking for a new Executive Assistant / Operations Support Coordinator to join our busy company. Our company currently has 20 flight instructors training for us throughout the United States. We train clients from dozens of industries – real estate, telecom, broadcasting, surveying, inspections.

This person must be incredibly focused, detail oriented, and organized. To be successful in this role, you should have a HIGH attention to detail, be well-organized and a perfectionist, and have great time management skills. Needs to have the ability to work effectively from home and complete 50+ tasks a day. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Class Scheduling and Travel – Take responsibility for scheduling and booking all logistics for all of our classes (booking flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
• Instructor Liaison – Work with our group of instructors to make sure they have everything they need for classes
• Customer Support – Provide tech support and basic administrative duties to support customers, answer inbound customer calls and chats, issue refunds, etc.

• Operations Support – Print and mail certificates of completion, ship and track instructor inventory for class handouts, give students access to classes, add and remove classes from website, manage student surveys, etc.

• Administrative Support – Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, etc.
• Sales Support – Help with some sales outreach emails and being a backup for inbound sales calls
• Marketing Support – Help with some easy marketing tasks
• Anything and Everything – We need someone who is willing to help with any projects across departments

Qualifications

• Detail oriented to the extreme – Needs to have the ability to complete over 100 tasks a day perfectly

• Highly organized

• Able to problem solve

• Excellent communications skills – Able to communicate effectively and appropriately to internal and external personnel
• Looks for ways to improve current processes and procedures

• Highly self motivated and not require much management

• Team player with “All hands on deck” attitude

• Prior SalesForce and Wordpress experience preferred but not mandatory

• Tech savvy – experience with MS Office, familiarity with office gadgets and applications, able to troubleshoot tech issues

• Familiar with working in a startup environment a plus

Remote Work

We are a fully remote team, and this job is completed from your home. We do require that candidates for this position live near Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a full-time role that at a minimum must be completed between 8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday as well as answer and solve any problems that occur with classes on nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
