Foradditional information, see.The OpportunityDAT is looking for a full-time Accountant II to join the Finance &Accounting team in Denver, CO.We are looking for strong accounting professional who is team-oriented,results driven and has a proven track record of process improvements.This is your opportunity to bring your accounting experience to a cutting-edgeSaaS company that is a leader in delivering data and analytics to thelogistics and supply chain industry.Candidate ProfileAdaptable, and a strong communicator.Excellent, full cycle accounting skills and experience.Team player who routinely goes the extra mile.What You’ll DoAssists in preparing monthly account reconciliations and journal entries forgeneral ledger accounts (including cash, accounts receivable, fixedassets, deferred revenue, accrued liabilities, intercompanyreceivables/payablePrepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records, financialstatements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness,and conformance with GAAP.Drives continuous improvements focusing on streamlining, improving andautomating processes.Assists Finance team with preparing documentation for internal and externalaudits.Administers Travel Policy and reconcile corporate credit card activity withour expense reporting system.Reconciles cash on a daily basis.1099 reporting.Reviews payment batches for accuracy and appropriate approvals.Prepares a range of essential accounting reports.Provides back up to the Accounting Manager as needed.Skills and Experience You’ll Bring4 to 6 years of experience with full cycle accounting processes.Strong set of problem-solving skills.Exceptional time management skills.A detail-oriented, critical thinker, with solid organizational skills.Excellent analytical skills.Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.(Colorado only) In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal WorkAct, the minimum salary for this role is $65,000 base salary, plusbenefits.
