Data Dimensions, LLC Hiring for Data Capture Operator at Janesville, WI Full Time
Purpose: The Homeworker Data Capture Operator works from home entering data from various sources into the system for processing. This position may work form various standardized source documents that have had automation applied in which may require limited data entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Logs into a computer and switches between work queues to validate, rotate, identify, and enter information.
- Determines what information needs to be entered on each document and makes decisions about questionable information on computer images.
- Rotates and adjust images.
- Verifies, if required, that previously entered information is correct.
- Re-enters previously entered information.
- Deciphers errors and makes a decision as to what the correct information is.
- Must read emails and SharePoint announcements by 9:00am daily and again before logging off for the day.
- Reference work instructions as needed.
- Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements –
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office experience.
- Able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Must reside in Wisconsin and have high speed internet access at home.
- Ability to come on site as needed.
- Daily hours must be completed between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Remote orientation will be held via Teams on 8/19/2022 from 9am-2pm.
Job training will begin onsite 8/22/2022 for TWO weeks from 8:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday.
