Data Dimensions has several openings for General Clerks supporting the National Archives and Records Administration.

What Does this Mean?

As a General Clerk you will directly affect Veterans’ ability to access their hard-earned benefits by completing necessary tasks that digitize critical documents required for pension, disability, and other benefits approval and disbursement. There’s no job too small when it affects our nation’s veterans.

Responsibilities

You’ll follow a prescribed sequence of clerical steps, such as coding and preparing documents for filing and scanning. Tasks may include:

• Reviewing documents for presence of information
• Coding document I.D.s and dates of receipt
• Repairing small rips or tears in sensitive documents using tape, paperclips, etc., removing staples, maintaining document organization
• Making document copies
• Using sort sheets

Qualifications

To apply for this position, you must be 18 years or older, and able to:

• Read, write, and speak English
• Maintain confidential information
• Pass acceptable background checks and maintain a security clearance

Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday & rotating Saturdays. OT as needed as well.

• Monday 8:30am-6pm
• Tuesday 9am-4pm
• Wednesday 9:30am-2pm
• Thursday 9am-3pm
• Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
• Saturday 8am-4pm (rotating)

Training Schedule:

Orientation 2/24/23 Friday 9am-1pm (Remote via Teams)

Onsite training 2/27/23-3/3/23 Monday-Friday 8am-2:30pm before beginning regular schedule with rotating Saturdays.
