About the Role
Customer Partnerships Lead is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for managing their allocated accounts, across segmentations for the customer lifecycle against the strategic plan, growth, relationships, market brand, delivery, and sustainability of our customer portfolio.
A Customer Partnerships Lead will be allocated clients depending on where the client is in the relationship (sales) lifecycle and mapped against your skill set.
For your customer portfolio, both existing and prospective, you will be responsible for the strategy, growth, sustainability, and profitability. Along with ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, there is significant latitude to shape Datacom’s offerings in response to evolving market and customer needs. This encourages and suits an entrepreneurial spirit utilising your extensive Executive level relationships and deep customer relationships to identify future opportunities for Datacom.
