Job Description
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies, anticipate office needs and expedite orders when required.
- Ensure all office equipment are regularly maintained and in good working condition.
- Handle requests, feedback and queries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance and assist with leave applications.
- Assist with preparation of company events.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
- Basic housekeeping duties.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must process at least ‘O’ Level pass
- Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook)
- Proficient in English
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
