David Aplin Group Looking for Manager of Sales at Vancouver , British Columbia Full Time

Based out of our downtown office, David Aplin Group is looking to hire a Director of Sales in Vancouver to build, grow and motivate your own sales team of Account Managers.

The Role:

• Recruit, mentor, and empower Vancouver based account teams.
• Design and implement strategic account development plans to reach gross margin targets.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
• Draft detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
• Work with clients to better understand their business needs and goals.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty and YOY growth in each account.
• Maintain target gross profit targets and track competitor margins when available.
• Work with Principal, Organizational Development to establish a sales training program and to train new employees.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and best practices.
• Capacity to manage multiple high-level client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
