Technicien Comptable et Gestionnaire d’ Administration (English description below):

Entreprise familiale recherchant un technicien comptable et un gestionnaire administratif pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec les propriétaires.

Défi :

• Préparer les états financiers de 3 sociétés qui exploitent plusieurs emplacements de franchise de restaurants, des biens immobiliers résidentiels et commerciaux.
• Effectuer la comptabilité mensuelle, la paie, les rapports gouvernementaux et préparer les états de fin d’année pour examen. Aider à l’analyse des coûts et du financement des projets.
• Aider à la gestion et à la location des propriétés résidentielles et commerciales, en travaillant avec le gestionnaire immobilier et la maintenance.

Profil :

• Intérêt pour la comptabilité et la gestion
• Capacité à analyser et à interpréter les états financiers
• Diplôme de comptabilité ou de tenue de livres avec expérience (5 ans)
• Organisé, capacité à gérer des tâches multiples, à planifier et à respecter les délais
• Maîtrise d’Accomba (ou capable de s’adapter rapidement)
• Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office
• Bilingue : à l’écrit et à l’oral (anglais, français)
• Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe en fournissant un soutien et une analyse aux propriétaires, ainsi que la capacité à travailler de manière indépendante pour atteindre les objectifs mensuels

Accounting Technician and Administration Manager

Family business looking for an accounting technician and administration manager to work closely with the owners.

Challenge :

• Preparing the financial statements for 3 companies which operate multiple restaurant franchise locations, residential and commercial real estate.
• Complete monthly accounting, payroll, governmental reports and prepare the year end statements for review.
• Assist in the analysis of project costing and financing.
• Assist in the management and leasing of the residential and commercial properties, working with the property manager and maintenance.

Profile :

• Interest in accounting and management
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
• Accounting or bookkeeping degree with experience (5 years)
• Organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, plan ahead and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Accomba (or able to adapt quickly)
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bilingual : both written and verbal (English, French)
• Ability to work as part of a team providing support and analysis to owners as well as ability to work independently to accomplish monthly goals
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit
