The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, independentworker, with a particular interest in legal drafting and writing.Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following:Research, analysis and communication of legal facts and conceptsLegal research of state and federal laws, regulations, and policiesPreparation, review, and revision of written guidance and communicationsto facility operators, physicians, and non-physician practitioners acrossthe VillagePreparation for and participation in peer review hearingsProject management and process improvements (e.g. finding innovative ways tocommunicate progress across teams, working to improve workflows, etc.)Daily communication and interaction with legal and operations teammates,compliance department, IT teammates, clinical teammates and externalparties relating to assigned areasAssistance on special projects, including IT innovation and strategicinternal researchEssential Traits for Success in this position:Excellent organization skills: an ability to manage, monitor, and reportout on a diverse peer review caseload to DaVita’s Peer Review CommitteesSuperior drafting and editing skills, with attention to detailSelf-directed; ability to work independently; confidence in interactingindependently with field teammates, operational leaders, and members ofDaVita’s Offices of the CMO and CNODemonstrated professionalism and responsiveness when addressing time-sensitiverequestsDemonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-buildingskills throughout all levels of the organizationCan-do attitude, and a drive to take on new responsibilities with thesupport of a tightknit team.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust prioritiesappropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time framesBe interested in “being one step ahead” and staying on top of innovationsand insights tha
