Role Summary:

Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe’s leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 7,000 employees. We are currently seeking to recruit a Trainee Accountants to join our Finance team in our Charleville facility in Co. Cork. The successful candidates will follow our accounting training programme to qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and become integral to our business.

This is an excellent career opportunity for high performing Accounting and Finance Graduates. As part of the Finance team you will gain a wide range of finance, operations and business experience and skills through continuous on the job development with coaching and mentoring. The role may include internal secondment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant qualification in Accountancy, Finance or similar;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude.Strong academic record.
• Record of high achievement and delivery.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in an accountancy or related role will be advantageous.
