JOB SUMMARY
The Guest Services Manager must be our hotel’s finest example of customer service and an exemplar of hotel hospitality. The successful candidate is someone who can develop a rapport with guests and create a cohesive team amongst employees. The GSM must be able to take direction and act in accordance with the requirements of the General Manager.
