DBS Bank Hiring For Vice President, Enterprise AI / ML Governance – Technical Lead, Transformation Group at Central Singapore Full Time

This is a niche role, ideal for those who want all-round experience in analytics, governance and technology.
 

Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise data governance, analytics center of excellence, business and technology teams to develop end-to-end solutions (methodologies & tools) to determine fairness, explainability, performance and / or robustness of our AI/ML solutions.
• Work closely with analytics and governance communities across the organization to gather views and continuously enhance the methodologies and tools in purview.
• Continuous monitoring and reporting of the status of AI/ML solutions across fairness, explainability, performance and/or robustness pillars.
• Work with analytics community to develop advanced analytic capabilities, adoption of best-in-class techniques and practices
   

Requirements:

• Degree with strong focus in machine learning, data mining or statistical / mathematical modelling
• Deep theoretical knowledge with machine learning and statistical modelling
• Altogether 5+ years relevant analytics experience in developing, deploying and monitoring AI solutions
• Experience of managing complex and cross departments projects
• Full stack data science experience covering end-to-end problem formulation, developing training pipeline, deploy solution to production, and continuous monitoring
• Experience of AI/ML model (and system) evaluation, covering fairness assessment, explainability (transparency) assessment, and robustness evaluation
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Technical skills: SQL, Python, ML packages and tools
• Experience with Big Data technologies and Distributed Machine Learning is a plus
