DDI Hiring for Invoice Coordinator at Remote Full Time

As an Invoice Coordinator, you will be responsible to support DDI Operations with invoicing capabilities. You will work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the invoicing processes. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive these efficiencies. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Invoice Coordinator will be responsible to support DDI’s centralized invoicing initiative in both the US and Internationally. The successful candidate will have the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization, will be a motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and under tight deadlines.

• Initiates and manages invoicing for specific projects or clients either US or Internationally
• Automatic invoicing of specific product usage based upon system reporting
• Reconciles deliverables and expenses for invoicing
• Enters data for invoices, credit memos, adjustments, commitments, and client billing information
• Ensures correct invoice coding and taxability
• Records revenue recognition transactions
• Processes applicable credits or rebills
• Distributes invoices to client – using on-line client specific system, email
• Serves as primary contact for invoicing questions
• Addresses complaints, problems, and invoicing questions/special requests as needed
• Cross-functional communication with Sales and Operations with reference to invoicing needs and requirements
• Intercompany invoice entry for revenue recognition and intercompany chargebacks

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)

• At least two years prior invoicing experience
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a high-performing team, while building positive working relationships
• Independent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, time management, and communication skills
• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Demonstrated competence in the following:
• Financial Acumen
• High attention to detail and able handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• Ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with an integrated financial system such as Oracle.
• Experience in international billing
