Seeking an Engineering Foremen for our R&M team…

Deakin Motors Ltd have been in the truck sales and service business in Hawkes Bay for 60 years, covering all aspects of supplying quality trucks all over Hawkes Bay and beyond. Our Transport Engineering Division specialises in new build fabrications, alterations, and repairs and maintenance for our great customers and their heavy transport fleets.

To be successful you will need

• A tertiary engineering trade qualification, or proven practical experience with a minimum of 5 years on the tools
• Motivation and initiative to lead a small team
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with individuals on all levels
• The ability to problem solve and assist others in their tasks
• An understanding of the importance of Health and Safety
• Be flexible to working some Saturdays or overtime
• A full current drivers license
• The ability to pass a MIG weld test
