Dealmed Medical Supplies Hiring for Route Delivery Driver at Lakewood Full Time

We are looking for an experienced delivery driver capable of driving an extended Transit van. Preferably with experience driving in the New York City five boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. CDL is not required. $20 to start, with full and part-time shifts available. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

Requirements

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Load and unload truck

• Follow instructions of electronic routing device – deliver packages

• Comply with policies and procedures regarding truck operation, package delivery, and customer interaction

• Arrive at loading dock/pick up location on time

• Keep truck interior neat and clean

• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed

• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours

Qualifications:

• You must have a minimum of 12-months experience driving

• Must have a clean motor vehicle record

• Ability to stand, drive and lift packages during entire shift, Ability to move and lift 75 pounds

• Must have positive attitude to customers

• Must be able to navigate roads

• Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently

• Have good communication skills

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and cooperative attitude
