Household Personal Assistant
A Canmore-based couple are seeking a discrete and long-term Household Personal Assistant to manage a Canmore household and administrative duties and support the couple’s transition from full-time business to increased social and travel time. The primary responsibilities include interior and exterior home cleaning and maintenance, event management, personal shopping, coordination, and occasional meal preparation. The couple are semi-retired, travel often, and host social events on a semi-regular basis.
The full-time role has flexible working hours and includes a competitive annual salary, benefits program, and retirement package.
Core Responsibilities:
Household duties
· Interior and exterior house cleaning and maintenance
· Laundry and ironing
· Meal preparation
· Vehicle cleaning and maintenance management
· Coordinating and supervising contractors
· House supervision and security
Administrative duties
· Grocery and personal shopping
· Driving, including airport pick-up and drop-off
· Collecting mail and courier
Event duties
· Event management
· Hostess
· Bar service
Requirements:
· The Assistant must have demonstrable discretion and reliability.
· The role requires trustworthiness, honesty, and resourcefulness.
· The role, especially as it relates to event management, will provide opportunity to be creative.
· The housekeeping duties require an attention to detail and organizational skills.
· The role requires a Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driving record.
· The role is best suited for someone with roots in the Town of Canmore or the Bow Valley.
