Decoding HR LLC Hiring for Product Owner at Urbandale, IA Full Time

We are looking for a Product Owner like you to help us continue building on our desire to deliver a successful product to users in a way that aligns with the company vision.
The Product Owner will strategize business value, collaborating with business partners, IT partners and delivery teams, and analyze the competitive landscape, to define and establish the future vision of the Product. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners to facilitate discussions and ensure successful execution of product features will be critical. You will guide work prioritization and ensure stakeholder collaboration and buy-in.
In addition, the Product Owner will elicit business requirements and document in the form of epics, features and user stories, and collaborate and communicate daily with the delivery team and accept or reject work results.
In this role you will:

• Facilitate the relationship with business partners and user community acting as a liaison. Be the voice of the customer to the delivery team by knowing the business strategies, understanding customer value, and producing the requirements and representing them to the delivery team.
• Collaborate with business partners, IT partners and delivery teams to develop clear and concise documentation of customer objectives/value; produce functional specifications and technical requirement documentation in the form of epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and minimum viable product.
• Lead/own product testing activities and protect traceability of the business requirements against the functionality of proposed solutions by designing, developing, and executing user acceptance testing plans, to ensure it achieves the business’s needs and a quality product is delivered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with JIRA and Kanban
• Experience with customer facing SaaS platforms preferred
• Experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or combination
• Experience with Agile; including implementation and execution experience
• Knowledge of program, project and change management practices
