PURPOSE OF POSITION: Administrative support and initial staff contact for the Staff Housing Operations Manager. Primary contact for Staff Housing issues in absence of the Manager.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two years’ experience performing administrative duties
A Hospitality and Guest Service Background preferred
Must have experience with data base and spreadsheet computer software programs and will use and run reports in Rent Manager, the Housing software system
Must possess strong organizational verbal and written skills with a keen sense of attention to details
Must be responsible, self- motivated and multi-task oriented
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative support for the Staff Housing Operations Manager
Answers phone calls, texts and emails for the Housing Manager
Organizes all Staff Housing Properties’ Tenant charts
Organizes and reconciles Invoices in conjunction with the Accounting Team
Handles day to day office of the Housing Manager
Keeps the Housing Manager on a schedule and prepares deadlines which he needs to operate
Other duties as assigned
