Delaware North Hiring for Accounting Clerk, Climate Pledge Arena at Seattle, WA Full Time
The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As an Accounting Clerk, you will receive and track payments, process client invoices and process guest refunds. You will also assist the Controller and Accounting Specialist by preparing and monitoring the A/R Aging report.
Pay rate is $25.00 – $27.00/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Generate client invoicing for all Catering and Suites daily events.
- Research backup documentation for client invoicing, including: Sales Reports, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Appetize receipts.
- Answer questions and provide backup to client as needed.
- Run Aging Report (2 x weekly).
- Research and follow up on outstanding A/R collections with client and Escrow accounts and review with Accounting Specialist weekly.
- Reach out to Suites and Catering teams for information/clarification on events as needed.
- Distribute daily Catering Event information to the client.
- Statistics data entry.
- Research all guest refunds, get approvals from management (as necessary) and process customer refunds.
- Process credit card payments as needed.
- Crosstrain in A/P system and assist as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least one year of Accounts Receivable experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Excel knowledge is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written).
- Excellent organizational skills & time management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
