The Opportunity
Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to support our Operations and Human Resources teams at Detroit Airport in Huron Township, Michigan. Our ideal Site Coordinator is skilled at managing administrative tasks, employee training and has strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
$18.00 / hour plus $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!

Responsibilities
Create and deliver associate training programs.
Maintain training records and provide reports on activities as needed.
Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
Support the property in the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, participating in local workforce programs, interviewing candidates, making recommendations for hiring.
Help associates with their onboarding and new hire paperwork and badging.
Issue associate uniforms.
Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of iCIMS and PeopleSoft is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.
Ability to lift 35lbs.
