Job Summary:
Provides secretarial/administrative support to nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries. May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete timekeeping process for hourly employees.
- Manage Operating Procedure Database.
- Enter data entry to work orders as needed.
- Prepare call-out schedule for salaried and hourly employees.
- Order office supplies.
- Archive files.
- Prepare travel arrangements, conference, and seminar registration.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
2 years of related experience.

Organizational Leveling:
Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Identifies the problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
