This is a commercial/customer focused role to support the achievement of sales budget. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their talent, experience and level of responsibility. The role directly reports to the Country Manager and the principal responsibilities of the role are:

Key Tasks:

· Providing cutomer support through customer query liaison, interacting with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and driving problem-resolution at customer/store level.

· Geographical responsibility for stores and selected customers.

· Product complaint management.

· Targeting new business opportunities & cross-selling opportunities for DLF range.

· Promotional planning activities.

· Sales to forecast analysis & reporting and allocation of stock based on customer needs.

· Adhoc sales support activities.

· Assist and plan in-house &/or customer led events and product presentations.

· Sample management and preparation, product bake-of and display.

· Customer management activities.

· Marketing achieved through regular market analysis on range, new product, pricing, competitor analysis, social media content (local & DLF based) whilst building the DLF brand.

· Presenting findings internally & to customers.

· Communication achieved through internal communication flows & updates, Ireland news & updates and stakeholder updates.

· Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company HR, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €40,000.00 per year
