Sr Solution Architect- System Integration Telecom Services
USA Remote

What you’ll achieve
This role will define & design physical & virtual infrastructure system integration & automation through an integrated central CI/CD framework. This individual will work with infrastructure BareMetal provisioning solution, Virtual Infrastructure Manager & OEM RAN/O-RAN/CORE solutions of the industry to package end-to-end design to deployment & support automation. This position requires a broad technical knowledge of infrastructure, virtualization, CI/CD/GitOps leveraging in-depth industry knowledge of the tools & processes to support end to end system integration for complex wireless networks of the world.
You will:

• Define, design, and build automation for dell factory integrating & deploying Dell infrastructure with cloud solutions serving OEM workloads for RAN/O-RAN/CORE including security, tools, process
• Be an internal integrator leading and working with Dell system engineering teams for product and customized services development & connecting them all to build solution for telecom customers
• Work closely with Dell partners & other vendors to integrate best-fit tools, skillset, processes & support strategy for system integration
• Support the sales teams in customer engagement discussions

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the Cloud domain with expertise in physical, transport, virtual and cloud native RAN/O-RAN & CORE workloads with bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Architect & solution building experience in telecom stack solutions
• Demonstrated ability in defining integration between in-house, 3PP & hybrid cloud solutions
• Solid understanding of 4G/5G with virtual & cloud-native network functions

Desirable Requirements

• Strong technical ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for this position
• Out of the box thinker integrating available assets, tools, and teams to build solutions for the telecom business requirements
• Familiarity with open interface initiatives such as TIP, ONAP and O-RAN Alliance is a plus
