Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing testing and evaluation of software to ensure its compliance with the rules and regulations set under section 508

• Creation and maintenance of Test Cases for each user story or defect or issue or incident.

• Provide test reports for established periodic project tracking meetings and on adhoc basis.

• Support Software Quality Assurance process and procedures to build a high-quality application.

• Test application compliance with requirements and identify gaps.

• Deliver Enterprise Lifecycle documentation as needed per the project schedule.

• Follow industry best practices for identifying and validating web based and desktop applications on appropriate web browsers, OS (Windows, Linux, OS, MacOS)

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Test Process Management, Test Design, & Test Planning

• 3+ years’ experience in Test Execution

• Experience with web and mobile app Accessibility testing against industry standards such as Section 508 of the ADA

• Experience with Job Access with Speech Reader (JAWS)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year

Preferred

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
