About the Team

Our Managed Services development and support (DevOps) team seeks an experienced engineer who can provide BAU support, development, and enhancement to our customers. The environment is a modern DevOps offering with a variety of technologies listed below.

We are looking for a Consultant based out of anywhere between Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane! This role will be supporting our customers on public cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.

What does your day look like?

As part of a team, contribute to the planning, building, implementation and support of both software and infrastructure to enable efficient and secure development and release.

Follow the ITSM processes, triage and investigate tickets and/or issues raised by users.

Prioritise workload efficiently and meet deadlines to achieve effective solutions.

A good communicator, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly through verbal and written means.

Willingness to follow established patterns and work within secure environments in ways that are restrictive at times.

Willing to provide on-call support on a roster basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

2 years’ experience in .NET development;

Proficient in the Microsoft Enterprise Suite – C#, .NET, Visual Studio, SQL;

Truly passionate about working with clients and solving their problems!

Passion for backend development and DevOps – the deep, technical challenges;

Previous experience in a support or managed services team is highly regarded;

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;

Comfort working in a flexible and dynamic environment;

Willing to provide on-call support on a roster basis.

Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.

Previous exposure in Microsoft Azure and/or BizTalk will be advantageous.
