Work you’ll do

• Research and analyze existing and future base business processes, determine impacts, and communicate and collaborate with the client, various contractors, and selected staff

• Document research results in baseline OCM work products that the client can leverage. This includes as-is documentation, to-be documentation, gap/impact analyses, change readiness plans, OCM communications, and OCM training

Qualifications

Required:

• 2 years of OCM experience on one or more public-sector IT implementation projects, with each project having a minimum of 5,000 active users

• Current industry-recognized OCM certification such as Prosci Change Management certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification, LaMarsh Management Change Model & Methodology certification, or APMG International Change Management certification

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Ability to work remotely with some travel to client sites based on stakeholder needs

• Please note that candidates do not need to be based in Sacramento in order to be considered for the role; this is the primary project location, but candidates elsewhere in Pacific or Mountain time zones may qualify as long as they are in the U.S.
