Work you’ll do:
As a DFlow Program Analyst, you’ll work with our diverse teams of leading professionals to help design and implement solutions to some of today’s toughest cyber challenges, so they can achieve business growth and manage reputational risk.
You’ll build on your foundations to design and implement business aligned DFlow products, processes, and systems that help teams focus their investments transforming selling and delivery.
Specifically, you will work in an agile/hybrid environment to gather business requirements for DFlow products.
Provide customer support and training to users
Work with the expanded team on the product lifecycle system including gathering requirements, creating epics, features, and user stories, facilitating, identifying process (outside the technology) to support business objectives, and operations and maintenance activities for example, open, support, and close processes. Other activities as required.
Work closely with the business stakeholders and DFlow operations and maintenance team helping users with the adoption of DFlow products

Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or other IT-related area
Strong written and oral communications skills
Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and learn new concepts
Specific interest in MS Products, SharePoint, O365
Experience working on various operating systems and databases such as Windows, Azure, Microsoft O365
