The team

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

• Finance

• Supply Chain

• Customer and Sales Operations

• Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience

• Hands-on experience on SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration

• Hands-on experience integrating with and to SAP S/4HANA

• Hands-on experience implementing full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Participation in all phases of an implementation project leading integrations thread

• Deep understanding of SAP IDOC’s, SProxy, OData Services & RFC/SOAPS

• Deep understanding of different integration patterns especially integration from and to leading cloud SaaS products beyond SAP products

• Travel 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Desired:

• Project Management of multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations with SAP ASAP methodology framework and related business processes

• Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new busines

• Experience mentoring and coaching others

• Solid understanding of the SAP ASAP/Activate methodology framework

• Delivered projects using Agile Methodology

• Experienced in creating integration architecture using latest technologies that are beyond SAP products like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic, Apigee

• Knowledge of newer integration models like API Architecture, Event Driven architecture and ability to lead teams and clients in setting the right architecture for their future

• Experienced in an integration technology beyond SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI example MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic or APIGee

• Experienced most common integration patterns like OP to OP, OP to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, B2B, A2A, B2G

• Experienced in EDI integrations

• Experienced and lead integrations team in a global deployment of an SAP S/4HANA

• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers

• Greenfield implementation experience
