The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program is seeking a professional to oversee and manage various tasks related to the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) risk management process and technology. The TPRM Gateway is a technology solution that facilitates performing risk-based due diligence on the Deloitte U.S. Firm’s third parties to address independence and business conflicts, corruption and trade risk, cyber security, among other topics.
The TPRM team’s mission is to manage the firm’s risk exposure related to third parties through enhanced risk management practices and automated capabilities and to provide the firm leadership with transparency into Deloitte’s third party ecosystem, risk exposure and risk decisions.
TPRM team enhancement and projects manager is expected to:
Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.S. third party due diligence policies and guidelines
Manage the technology lifecycle of a flagship third party risk management system
Act as a bridge between the cross-domain users, Deloitte Information Technology Services (ITS) and the product vendor(s) to deliver agreed-upon configuration modifications and enhancements
Exhibit a blend of capabilities, including that of a Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, User Acceptance Tester, and Configuration Specialist/Developer
Gain in-depth knowledge of Deloitte’s business processes, risk-scoring, rules, and the TPRM Gateway product’s technical capabilities
Develop deep expertise in the relevant business processes of Anti-Corruption and Trade (ACT), Independence & Conflicts Network and other risk domains incorporated in the TPRM Gateway
Become fully knowledgeable of the technical capabilities of the vendor products utilized by the TPRM Gateway – Aravo, Arachnys, and Deloitte systems linked to TPRM Gateway, such as Conflict Check Application (CCA), One Client Master (OCM), etc.
Lead design and configure enhancements in the TPRM platform in response to risk domain requirements
Liaise between various users and leadership constituencies to align on TPRM strategic direction and to mobilize and track continuous improvement ideas
Coordinate with users to gather accurate, complex requirements and communicate such requirements to the ITS, TPRM and vendor teams
Plan and perform effective User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of applications to translate end user needs into solutions and obtain error free system implementations
Serve as the primary technology project resource by analyzing system and configuration, and brainstorming/deciding on appropriate remediations. In addition, responsibilities will include escalating appropriate incidents to ITS, vendor or TPRM internal support as necessary and tracking to resolution. Manage relationship with vendor, including driving and scheduling system upgrades and enhancements
Coordinate with external providers and internal technology teams regarding platform development, enhancements, integration and issue resolution
Oversee US and India resources in a remote environment
Present status reports to TPRM leadership
Independently manage workload and priorities with limited oversight and direction
Manager responsibilities will evolve over time as resource developments occur
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining TPRM program roadmap including continuous improvements/process enhancements
Assist in developing and maintaining TPRM program strategy (e.g., risk oversight and governance strategy, risk sensing) aligned with firm’s strategy and risk appetite
Execute project management tasks and support program leadership
Facilitate TPRM Working Group with stakeholders (Procurement, OGC, risk & compliance groups) and management of significant events/incidents (e.g., coordinate with crisis management group, facilitate root-cause analysis of incidents)
Periodically assess and evaluate the process and other system integrations
Liaison with the TPRM Gateway risk & compliance groups on third party due diligence system requests
Recommend modifications to technology solution to meet TPRM team, risk & compliance group and firm needs
Work with global partners (e.g., DTTL member firms and venture partners) to advance TPRM Gateway goals
Manage US and India team resources
Contact and respond to inquiries as issues are escalated for your attention
Represent TPRM team directly with client service teams, partners, others within the organization, and with external third parties
Execute project management tasks and support program leadership
Design and manage other third party review activity as needed
Key Skills
Aptitude to learn and utilize technology (e.g., TPRM Gateway (Aravo), Arachnys) to perform and document responsibilities
Ability to work with technical tools including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Relevant Experience and Qualifications
At least six years of experience working for a professional services organization providing one or more of the following: regulatory and compliance, audit, consulting, financial advisory, enterprise risk management, information technology, and other related services.
Substantive direct experience in one or more of the following: managing and/or supporting technology roadmap, technology project management, process management or change management
Substantive experience managing the technology of a flagship third party risk management system
Substantive direct experience managing a team, with managing remote teams a plus
Bachelor’s degree in MIS (Management Info Systems), accounting, finance, business or related field preferred or 6+ years of relevant experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Experience with a global professional services firm a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
