Deloitte Looking for Receptionist at Wellington City, Wellington Full Time
We are looking for an impeccably presented and highly capable receptionist to take charge of our main client reception in Wellington.
As the face of our Wellington office, you will be on the front line of our business, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our guests, clients & visiting staff.
About You
With a professional yet personable character and experience in a shared charge role, you will be confident and client focused with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Other key skills include:
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook experience
- Able to work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to unexpected situations
- An outgoing personality – comfortable dealing with senior business people.
- Take a customer-centric approach to your role
