Additionally, this individual will be responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation and continued governance of the various domestic and international benefit programs while focusing on the ongoing strategy within Deltas Global Health & Wellbeing team. This role will be someone who can lead, encourage and motivate a team so as to continue fostering a high performance and motivated culture. The role will report to the Director, Global Health. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) In alignment with Deltas mission and our total rewards strategy, support the development and evolution of an innovative benefit program strategy Support internal socialization of new benefits strategy, design changes and vendor partners Continuously review, analyze and evolve the design of the benefit program portfolio based on feedback from employees and business leaders as well as other competitive market insights. Make positive employee experience a priority, while at the same time prudently managing the investments that Delta is making in these benefit programs Partner closely with the Delta HR Service Delivery team and other external partners to implement program changes and new vendors Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors, consultants and third party administrators to ensure efficient plan administration Keep current on leading practices and developments in the design of healthcare programs Author benefit program policies and procedures, and monitor the delivery of specific programs and policies Lead a team of approximately 4 people with expertise across Deltas benefit portfolio Facilitate open communication across divisions and within unit Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
