Responsibilities
Act as the primary support person for our IFS business partners in Training, Planning, Bid & Award, Field Operations, and Scheduling
Create an effective and coherent communication and feedback strategy to drive transparency and accountability into the crew technology development and implementation process
Act as the primary point of contact during planned and unplanned system outages that impact the IFS operation to ensure that IFS scheduling is well-informed and can still perform their duties
Track, manage and report on technology issues impacting the IFS operations teams
Stay current on business processes and the technology needed to run those processes
Partner with the Portfolio Management team to manage the IFS business value backlog for enhancements that fill gaps in processes or resolve pain points and vulnerabilities
Partner with the Portfolio and Integration teams to create and manage the IFS technology schedule (product releases, training, planned system outages, etc)
Work with the Technology integration team to ensure business partners are trained and prepared for the rollout of any new crew technology and to create and maintain user feedback channels to continuously improve crew technology
Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Technology, or equivalent work experience
Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large budget initiatives to smaller end-to-end projects
Strong business acumen and must have excellent communication skills with senior management, employees, FAA Reps, union officials, vendors, customers
Prior Crew and/or operations experience
Flexibility and availability to perform periodic after-hours and weekend work
Performing satisfactorily in current position embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
