Directly represents Hostopia management team in front of large wholesale partners in matters of issues and issue resolution
Customer Focus – maintain a strong customer-centric approach to all customer contacts. Work to improve the process and identify ticket escalation drivers and performance gaps, implement process improvement programs and initiatives, reduce costs and improve the overall customer experience. Doing so may require involving other departments/ business leaders as needed.
Business Acumen and Maturity – understand our line of business, our partners, and our products. Understand SLA contract agreements, including but not limited to reporting needs, monthly/quarterly reviews, and expectations in participation in cross-functional/intercompany team meetings
Take part in special projects and assignments as determined by the needs of the department.
Supports and communicates business goals, quality standards, policies, processes, and procedures.
Possibility of managing employees in multiple locations
HG/GED and 3 years of Internal experience required, previous leadership experience would be a strong asset. Advanced knowledge of Web hosting, servers, DNS, customer service, troubleshooting, ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
