Job Summary

The Data Activation Agent is responsible for providing B2B audience data for client campaigns. This role includes working to deliver data from DS Intelligence and producing custom data builds when required to help support the fulfillment of lead orders.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”

· Ensure and maintain regular client communication. This includes 2 x weekly calls to monitor requirements for custom data builds based on pacing and client feedback

· Receive, identify, and track custom data build requirements

· Run campaign set ups in with Demand Science intelligence data (matching TALs)

· Save all campaign information on shared drive for team access

· Export raw data from Demand Science intelligence when required on campaigns

· Produce firmographic data to augment raw data sets

· Run Converter lead uploads for client deliveries

· Report on campaign issues and work on solutions with team lead

· Verify campaign data before email sends

· Process weekly/bi-weekly email sends based on campaign pacing, lead date and volumes required

· Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams

· Ensure lead deliveries are on time and pacing is kept

· Formatting and working with external teams to gather missing information

Essential Qualifications “What you’ll need”

• At least 1-3 years client services experience in the media, advertising, or lead generation business.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel.
• Analytical know-how
