Summit Dental Group is currently hiring for a full time front desk receptionist/patient coordinator. Come join our award-winning team! We are the longest standing private, family dental practice in Summit County, and we are seeking a positive team player to join our friendly, compassionate team.

The front desk patient coordinator is the first impression of our office, and we strive to create an amazing patient experience! We are looking for a friendly and personable front office person with great communication skills and organization. Previous customer service is required, and dental or medical experience is preferred. Ultimately, the patient coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.

Job Duties:

– Running and managing the day to day flow of a busy dental practice

– Answering phones and scheduling patients

– Checking patients in and out

– Confirming patients

– Reviewing and presenting treatment plans

– Preparing and presenting payment plans and financial arrangements

– Insurance verification

– Collecting payment and billing insurances

– Effectively answering/solving billing questions
