Key Responsibilities
- Implement people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives
- Lead initiatives that support collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity
- Advocate and champion the service delivery model within the business
- Mitigate organizational people risk and increase HR process adherence
Key activities
- Oversee effective adoption of HR processes, policies, and procedure
- Aplly Talent and C&B processes developed by COEs
- Interpret and Apply Workforce Analytics & Insights
- Identyfy and help addressing climate issues toPeople/ Employee Engagement.
- Local projects to ensure Diversity & Inclusion
- Succession and Talent Planning for local team
- White and blue colar recruitment
- Performance Management advise
- Union interface
- HR Compliance
- Controls headcount
- Executes compensation analysis for local team
- Key interface for payroll / HROps
- Discuss and implement people moves
