In addition develops and implementscommunity services. Assesses the psychological needs of patients and families. Provides intervention to meet those needs utilizing personal, family andcommunity resources. Provides crisis intervention, brief therapy, caseconsultation and collaboration services.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of crisis intervention and brief and long term therapy processes.Knowledge of patient populations’ cultural, religious, ethnic, andsocial systems in interactions, care planning and education.
