Your Opportunity with us:
We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Business Unit LATAM Team as a LATAM Marketing Manager in Mexico (Mexico City)

What are we looking for?

A LATAM Marketing Manager able to lead and manage the Marketing Plan preparation and execution for the different brands present in the Business Unit, with the aim of achieving the results defined in the business plan.

Play an strategic role to support and lead the portfolio articulation, cascading down the Global Marketing strategy to the Local context for DEOLEO key brands (Carbonell, Bertolli , Carapelli)

And transfer to the commercial and TRADE teams the general execution guidelines for the different brands, thus guaranteeing the value of the same and the coherence with their positioning.

Key functions for this role :

• Lead and execute the brand prioritization, investment, and communication strategy, considering the innovation pipeline, all with a consumer centric approach.
• Maintain the positioning of global brands within the parameters defined in the Strategic Global Plans, including the communications, kpi´s and working plan.
• Lead the definition and execution of the specific innovation plans for the Business Unit and at the same time, take advantage of the GLOBAL projects applicable.
• Establishment of synergies with different countries and benchmarks (Latam/ Global)
• Direct management with buyers and “resurtidores” of the main chains to lead the correct performance of the category in each client.
• Accountable for business management presentations for Executive Committee meetings (LATAM/ Global)

Relevant KPIs for this role: KPI’S of brands in terms of Billing and volume/ Market share.

You will need:
University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification

Post-graduate marketing qualification desirable

Proven expertise in, and wide-ranging experience of Marketing at a senior level in a FMCG global organization with at least 5 years of experience .

Strong business acumen and preferably marketing experience innovating in global consumer brands, if possible LATAM business experience (Local Talent)

Experience leading diverse (cross-cultural) teams in a matrix environment

Experience functioning effectively in a senior-level environment , able to operate effectively with (senior) managers within the Company.

Proven ability to think strategically and able to translate a compelling vision and story at local and Business Unit level

Able to work with competing goals and resource priorities; able to build partnership and working collaboratively with others (team work) to meet common targets.

Ability to marry the twin requirements of ‘Global and Local’; ‘Operational and Strategic’; ‘Visionary and Pragmatic’

Be ‘Inspiring and Disciplined’ across diverse, multiple markets.

Demonstrate ability to Influence/ persuades others , great communication skills in using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others

Cross cultural awareness and ability to work with very different cultures.

International experience will be desirable.

Fluent in spoken and written English. Second/third European language an advantage.
