We are a high performing Team seeking an energetic and proactive Administration Officer to provide quality administrative support for our management team in our Palmerston North Office.
This is a Fixed Term role for seven months due to maternity leave.

In the role of Administration Officer, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Palmerston North management team by providing a responsive administrative support service.
In this position you will be tasked with delivering a wide range of administrative services including direct support to the office management team and the wider staff team as well. You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, be able to multitask, follow and adhere to strict policies and procedures and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines. You will report to the Lead Service Manager.
