As an Operational Support Officer you will be responsible for undertaking quality and timely administrative and support activities to support the daily undertakings of our National Operations support team.
This is a frontline support role where you’ll be responsible for actioning first line prisoner phone calls, coordinating appointments between prisoners and key external stakeholders, and ensuring clear records of decisions made and actions taken are accurately recorded within our Integrated Offender Management Systems (IOMS). Working collaboratively with your senior colleagues and the Operations Support Manager, you’ll take a proactive approach to processing other data entry and system update requirements, as well as contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.
The team works in two rotating shifts, the early shift covers 7.30am to 4.00pm and the later shift goes from 11.30am to 8.00pm. Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required.

The starting salary for this role is from $52,367 – $56,084. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
