You will provide administration support on several exciting and important projects and have opportunity to progress and upskill. The Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) team provides a range of asset-based services to support the delivery of Corrections’ core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises three key areas: Asset Management, Public Private Partnerships and Digital Services.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated organised Project Administrator who will provide high quality administration support to the Delivery and Planning Managers (and their respective teams) and the National Manager Planning and Project Delivery. Additional requirements include but are not limited to:

• Proficient computer skills with a proven ability using MS Word, Excel, Project and to learn other packages as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with minute taking is preferred.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build effective working relationships and working collaboratively.
• Fantastic time-management and ability to meet deadlines within a busy team environment.
• Experience in Project administration with knowledge of systems in advantageous but not necessary.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

The mid-point of the salary range is $64,007 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $54406 – $76809 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
