About the Role

Reporting to the Director Strategic Engagement, this is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategic direction to uplift network capability, infrastructure, data management services, process and policy improvements, application and product enhancement and other technology based projects across our vast department.

You will be responsible for working with developers, vendors, architects, engineers and non-technical staff alike to bridge the gap and overcome limitations to identify tech-based solutions to everyday problems across the business.

Leading complex projects and being a key contributor in others, you will also be the key escalation point for ICT related issues across your respective client groups.

This role will also have a focus on systems architecture and security enhancements.

About You

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have a passion for technology and how it can address business problems, with experience within IT in a delivery, strategy, client management or architect related field
• Can think both strategically and tactically, understanding which approach is the most appropriate in any given circumstance
• Be a thought leader, providing leadership to business partners in relation to ICT solutions
• Experience as an ICT business partners, senior IT Account Manager or Program Director in a complex and heavily regulated environment
• Be a great communicator – building meaningful relationships, influence others to overcome resistance to change
• Have proven and advanced negotiating and contract management skills to manage multiple partners, both internal and external in the delivery of solutions
• Display proven experience in delivering key projects such as:
• Fraud detection strategies
• Building, implementing and integration of digital products and solutions
• Improving IT Processes and procedures in complex environments
• Proven leader who can uplift capability within a team and maintain motivation during challenging times
• Experience in project governance and ICT Compliance as well as other business-related practices to support project delivery
