Pūmanawa Tangata Human Resources sits within He Pou Aronui – Organisational Capability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.

About the role

As an HR Administrator working across our Payroll and HR services teams, your focus is to provide quality HR & Payroll administrative support. You will be responsible for the maintenance of HR, leave and pay related information.

• High attention to detail
• An ability to effectively organise your own workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Clear communication skills
• Outstanding customer service to our employees

This role will suit a professional with experience in delivering outstanding customer service. A sound understanding of payroll and HR processes is preferred.
