DERU Market Hiring for Dishwasher at Kirkland, WA Full Time

DERU Market is a chef owned neighborhood eatery located in downtown Kirkland. We are passionate about local farms, creating amazing food, drinks and generous hospitality! DERU is seeking a Dishwasher to be part of our team! A Dishwasher/Porter at Deru Market will excel at working hard as a team to keep cooks and chefs supplied with the dishes and cookware that produces the food our guests come back for!

This position starting wage is $21 – $23 per hour (rate includes base pay plus expected hourly tips)

Candidate Capabilities:

• Able to execute the cleaning of dishes and cookware during service
• Able to maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Has a passion for driving the success of the restaurant with addressing and resolving any facility or stewarding needs that may arise
• Maintain Mental athleticism and coordination with teammates to produce an efficient, productive dynamic
• Ability to think critically but also possess the skill to follow directions
• Have the ability to be trained on and follow the Department of Health standards

• Confidence in effectively communicating any inconsistencies to Sous Chefs and teammates
