Position: Document Manager (This is not a remote position)

Temporary Term: January 2023 – April 2023

Schedule: 9-5 Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Company Information: We are small tax and accounting office located in Goodyear, AZ off of Estrella Parkway and the I-10. We are looking for help during tax season January – April.

Responsibilities:

• Receive tax documents from customers in person and uploaded to client portal
• Scan, save and organize documents into client management sytem
• Maintain information in client management system
• Provide client management system reports to management
• Print, assemble and mail completed tax return to client

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Data entry experience
• Organizational Skills
• Tax office experience is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.50 per hour
