Job Title: Monitoring Coordinator – Compliance

The Compliance function is evolving the way in which it manages risk, placing greater emphasis on understanding and measuring the key controls operated by business divisions. Compliance is developing a risk-based programme of ongoing monitoring, designed to check that key controls are being performed correctly by the business.
You will be part of the central team responsible for defining the monitoring framework, providing support and guidance to Compliance staff on the development and execution of the monitoring activities. This is a strategic initiative for the Compliance function.

Your key responsibilities
Development of operational procedures related to monitoring, including the creation of standard template documentation
Coordinating work being performed by diverse Compliance teams globally, providing advice and guidance on the requirements of the monitoring framework
Tracking of project milestones and actions
Preparation of progress reports and management information (MI) for Compliance management
Supporting activities to maintain the inventory of key controls
Your skills and experience
Experience of executing monitoring, testing, or auditing programmes
Ability to create impactful reports and MI
Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with risk and controls frameworks
