You will be part of the Deutsche Bank’s Cash Management business; it has established itself as a leading global provider of transaction services to financial institutions. Within Cash Operations in Deutsche Bank Dublin you will support and collab with other branches in Frankfurt, New York, London, and support global products such as FX4Cash and Single European Payment Area (SEPA).

Your key responsibilities
Management of Investigative research and analysis regarding complex financial transactions & identification of unusual payments impacting Deutsche Bank and our clients within your team
Understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Compliance & KYC (Know Your Client) regulations in multiple jurisdictions
Ensure efficient team structure through effective resource management, focusing on ensuring correct skills for roles and optimum resourcing level for the team under your remit
Maintaining strict adherence to Deutsche Bank Policies and Procedures
Manage and mentor your direct reports, engaging with them through team and one to one meetings and the staff performance process, and evaluate team members in accordance with performance management programme
Your skills and experience
Good knowledge of/demonstrated interest in international clearing systems, messaging formats & Swift
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in Business/Finance related discipline or equivalent qualification/work experience
Strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to lean and motivate a team of people
Ability to prioritise work while under pressure, both while supporting your team and /or independently in a dynamic environment to ensure assignments are completed with established deadlines
Customer focused, proven ability to provide strong customer service, as well as a record of your capacity to follow through on issues to a satisfactory resolution
